Texas Terror is a 1935 American Monogram romantic Western film directed by Robert N. Bradbury and starring John Wayne, Gabby Hayes and Lucile Brown.

Sheriff John Higgins quits and goes into prospecting after he thinks he has killed his best friend while shooting it out with robbers. He encounters his dead buddy's daughter and helps her to run the Lazy End Ranch, hoping she won't find out about his past.



Texas Terror was released on February 1, 1935.[1]

Reviewing the film as part of a collection, Stuart Galbraith called it part of a series of "substandard, ultra-cheap John Wayne pictures".[2] Reviewing another collection, Ike Oden of DVD Verdict called it a "disposable footnote".[3]
