Secret of the Blue Room (German: Geheimnis des blauen Zimmers) is a 1932 German mystery film directed by Erich Engels and starring Theodor Loos, Else Elster and Hans Adalbert Schlettow.[1]

It was shot at the Tempelhof Studios in Berlin. The film's sets were designed by the art director Gustav A. Knauer and Walter Reimann.
It was remade in Hollywood the following year by Universal Pictures as The Secret of the Blue Room, followed by two further remakes. A Czech film The Mystery of the Blue Room was also based on the story.
