Nyeman scored his first professional goal against Louisville City FC on July 29, 2019 for Loudoun United.[1] After a brief stint playing for Loudoun United FC and D.C. United Academy,[2][3] Nyeman signed with D.C. United on October 3, 2019. He becomes the 13th homegrown player to be signed with D.C. United and the second youngest signing at age 15.[4][5] After being signed with DC United, he still continued playing for Loudoun. Nyeman has been training with the U-19 Borussia Dortmund during the offseason. [6]


Nyeman has appeared for the U.S. Under-16 team, but is not yet eligible to play for the United States in official international matches.
