Until late 2019, the tallest building in Adelaide was the 31-storey Westpac House, which rises 132 metres (433 ft) and was completed in 1988; as of October 2013 it was Australia's 115th-tallest building. - 220 Greenhill Road was built as the administrative headquarters of the Electricity Trust of South Australia (ETSA). After the privatisation of ETSA in 1999, the building was converted to apartments in 2003–2004 and was renamed Air Apartments. During the conversion, two penthouse levels were added and the structure height was increased to 55 metres. Ref: Air Apartments 2005, www.tectvs.com.au
