Born in Dryden, Ontario, McMillan most notably won the 2017 Grand Slam of Curling Tier 2 Tour Challenge playing second for Jason Gunnlaugson.[6] In 2017/2018 the team would finish 6th on the CTRS (Canadian Team Ranking System).[4]
