Hrushikesh Moolgavkar

Air Chief Marshal Hrushikesh Moolgavkar, PVSM, MVC (August 1920 9 April 2015) was the Chief of Air Staff of Indian Air Force from 1 February 1976 till 31 August 1978.[1]
