Alfred Hollingsworth

Alfred Hollingsworth was an American actor during the silent film era. He was a featured actor in dozens of films from 1911 until 1925. According to IMDb he also directed four short films in 1916. Hell's Hinges has been described as a classic and Hollingsworth lauded for his role in it.[1]

In 1908, he wrote Mills of the Gods, a five act drama.[2] He also wrote a play called Crisis in 1919.[3] In 1922, he copyrighted Prodigal Son, a travesty in three acts.[4]
