1957 Cannes Film Festival

The 10th Cannes Film Festival was held from 2 to 17 May 1957.[4] The Palme d'Or went to the Friendly Persuasion by William Wyler.[5] The festival opened with Around the World in 80 Days by Michael Anderson.[6]
